Possession of his said Assignees and intended to be sold as
aforesaid And this Deponent humbly hopes this Honorable
Court will for the reasons aforesaid Present this Deponent to be
discharged from the said Indictment the Nusance complained
of having by the means aforesaid been abated and removed And
this Deponent John Honour< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. for himself saith that he did on
Thursday the Fifth day of September instant serve the above
named John Donaldson< no role > with a true Copy of the Notice hereto
annexed by delivering the same to his Maid Servant at his
House in Queen Ann Street East aforesaid and that he did on
the same Day serve a like Copy of the said Notice on the above
named William Richardson< no role > by delivering the same to him at his
House in Charlotte Street Portland Chapel And that he did
also on the same day serve a like Copy of the said Notice on
Mr. Poole the Attorney or Agent for the Prosecutors by
delivering the same to this Maid Servant at his House in
Paulsgrove Place in the Strand .
