Thomas Frost< no role > of Hollowell in the Parish of Saint Mary Islington
in the County of Middlesex the prosecution of abovenamed maketh
Oath and saith that he this Deponent did in the last Session Indict
the abovenamed Defendants for making an Assault on this Dept
and which said Bill was found to be And in the same Session
the Defendants as this Deponent hath been Informed pleaded thereto
And this Deponent saith that he hath not yet been served with any
Notice of Trial neither hath he received the same from any other
person or persons for or on this behalf
