Thomas Hatfield< no role > of Church passage Cross Street in the Parish of Saint
Mary Islington in the County of Middlesex the prosecution above
named Maketh Oath and saith that in the last Session he this Depont
Ficted the abovenamed Defendants for making an Assault on this Dept
and which said Indictment was found to be true and in the same
Session this Deponent hath been Informed the said Defendants pleaded
thereto And this Deponent saith that he hath not yet received any
Notice of Trial from the said Defendants nor hath he been served
with the same from any other person or person whatsoever for
own their behalf
