Take Noitce that I the above named Deponents
do indent Personally to be and appear at the next
General or Quarter Session of the Peace to be holden
at the Session House on Clerkenwell Green in
and for the said Country Monday the 9th. day
of September Instant by Nine of the Clock in the
Forenoon of the same day and then and there
Try my Traverse and Plead Not Guilty to
the Bill of Indictment by you Preser'd and
found against me in the above Prosecution Dated
the 4th.day of Sept.1799
