To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex in their general Quarter
Session of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of St. Dunstan in the West in
the City of London .

Sheweth


That by virtue of a Warrant or Order
under the Hands and Seals of William Bleamire< no role >
and St. Graham Esquires Two of His Majesty's Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middlesex (One whereof being
of the Quorum) bearing date the Twenty Second Day of
August 1799 Margaret Herbert< no role > aged about Forty
Eight Years Widow and removed and conveyed from
and out of the Liberty of the Rolls in the County of
Middlesex to the parish of St. Dunstan in the West
in the City of London as the place of the last legal
Settlement of the sd. Margaret Herbert< no role >

That your Petitioners Conceiving themselves
aggrieved by the 1st Warrant or Order Do Humbly appeal
against the same and pray this Court that the benefit of
the sd. Appeal be saved unto them until the next Quarter
Session of the Peace to be Holden for the sd. County of
Middlesex and that they and all persons concerned may
then attend to hear and abide the Judgment and
Determination of this Court Touching the sd. Appeal

And your Petitioner's will ever pray Etc.
