and for the County of Middlesex

The Humble Petition of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor for the Parish of Binfield
in the County of Berks

Sheweth

That the Church wardens and Overseers of the
Parish of Little Stanemore in the County of Middlesex
did by virtue of an order under the Hands and Seals
of two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex bearing date the sixth day of
May last remove. Ann White< no role > and her two Children
Paupers from the said Parish of Little Stanemore
to the aforesaid Parish of Binfield where the said Ann
White< no role > and her two Children have no Settlement whereby
your Petitioners are aggrieved

That on the Tenth day of June Instant your
Petitioners caused due Notices to be served on the
Churchwardens and overseers of the Parish of Little
Stanemore aforesaid of their intention of appealing at
the next General Quarter sessions of the Peace in and for
the County of Middlesex against the said order

Your Petitioners therefore humbly
pray that the appeal may be lodged
and set down to be heard
