The Order of Thomas Collins< no role > and Thomas
Robinson
< no role > Esquires two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
in and for the said County (one whereof being of the quorum)
and both ending within the Parish of St Mary le Bone in
the said County made the first day of June in the year
of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and ninety nine
concerning a male bastard child lately born in the
lying in Hospital in Brownlow Street in the Parish of St.
Giles in the Fields of the body of Honora Carroll< no role > single
Woman

Whereas it hath appeared unto us the said Justices as well
upon the complaint of the Church wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of St. Mary le Bone as upon the Oath of the said
Honora Carroll< no role > that she the said Honora Carroll< no role > on the nineteenth
day of July 1797 now last past was delivered of a male bastard
child at the Lying in Hospital in Brownlow Street in the Parish
of St Giles in the Fields in the said County and that the said
male bastard child is chargeable to the said Parish of St Mary
le Bone and further that Patrick Fallon< no role > of Edwards Street Portman
Square in the said Parish of St Mary le Bone Hatten did beget
the said bastard child on the body of her the said Honora Carroll< no role >

And Whereas the said Patrick Fallon< no role > hath appeared before us
in pursuance of our summons for that purpose, but hath not
shewed any sufficient cause why he the said Patrick Fallon< no role >
shall not be adjudged the reputed father of the said bastard child.

We therefore upon examination of the cause and circumstances of
the premises as well upon the oath of the said Honora Carroll< no role >
as otherwise, do hereby adjudge him the said Patirck Fallon< no role >
to be the respected father of the said bastard child.

And thereupon we do order well for the better relief of the
said Parish of St. Mary le Bone as for the sustentation and relief
of the said bastard child that the said Partick Fallon< no role > shall and
do forthwith upon notice of this our Order pay or cause to be
paid to the said Church wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of St Mary le Bone or to some or one of them the
Sum of Four Shillings weekly and every week commencing the
fifteenth day of May last past for and towards the keeping
sustentation and maintenance of the said bastard child, for [..]
during so long time as the said bastard child shall be charge-
-able to the said Parish of St Mary le Bone
