The Humble Petition and Appeal of Publick
Fallon
< no role > of Edwards Street Portman Square in the
Parish of Saint Mary lebone Hatter

Sheweth


That by an Order or Adjudication under the
Hands and Seals of Thomas Collins< no role > and Thomas
Robinson
< no role > Esquire two of His Majestys Justices of the peace
in and for the said County of Middlesex (one
whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the
First day of June one thousand seven hundred and
ninety nine Your Petitioner was adjudged to be the
reputed Father of a Male Bastard Child which was
then chargeable to the said Parish of Saint Mary
lebone and of which Honora Carroll< no role > singlewoman
was delivered on the Nineteenth day of July One
thousand seven hundred and ninety seven And
was thereupon Ordered forthwith upon Notice of
the said Order to pay or cause to be paid to the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish of Saint Mary le bone or to some or
one of them the sum of four shillings weekly and
every Week commencing the fifteenth day of
May then last past for and towards the
keeping sustentation and maintenance of
the said Bastard Child for and during so long
time as the said Bastard Child should be
Chargeable to the said Parish of Saint Mary le bone
