severally make Oath and Say - and
first this Deponent John Sudbury< no role >
for himself saith That he
this Deponent and Catharine< no role >
his Wife Pleaded to the Indictment
found against them at the last Session and Put in Bail to
by their Traverse at this Present session which it was their
intention to have done if they could have found out the
Prosecutor in order to have served him with Notice of Trial
And this Deponent saith that the Prosecutor gave his address
at Saint Giles's
Watchhouse and at the Public Office Great
Marlborough Street to heat No 15 Lancaster Court New
Bond Street
where this and the other Deponent went in order
to serve him with Notice of Trial but was informed he had
not been there for five Weeks last Past And this Deponent

for himself saith that he did on the twenty
Ninth day of April last go with the other Deponent John
Sudbury< no role >
the Defendant in order to serve Notice of Trial
upon the Prosecutor at No 15 Lancaster Court the Place
above mentioned and was informed by the Woman who
appeared to be the Landlady of the House [..]
[..] that the Prosecutor Lodged there and that a
Letter was there left for him which had been there near
five Weeks, and that many Persons had enquired after
him but that she had not seen him for near five Weeks
and did not know where he was
