lying for that Time in ye Copper: If it be said, it
may be emptied from of Boiler into other Vessels, I
need not mention ye great additional Trouble, & ye
Encumbrance of such Vessels in the Kitchen,
3dly. I wish to observe, & to submit it to the Con
-sideration of ye Committee, & afterwards to re-
-fer it to the Court, that if on ye Meagre Days
instead of ye proposed miss of Broth from Bones,
every Prisoner received one half penny worth
of these with his half Portion of Bread (of first
half having been given him in ye Morng) the
Expence would not be less to ye County, Librose
proper for ye Prisoner than a constant Dict of Liquids
which perhaps may tend towards a Dropsy.
4thly. I would big Liner to mention, that from
ye Month of May 15 Novr. (of us chose to discon
-tinue ye Soup making in the House of Correction )
the Prisoners might very provally be supplied
