WHEREAS the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Mary lebone in the said County Did at the last General Session of the
Peace held in and for this County Exhibit their Petition and Appeal setting
forth That by virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the Hands and Seals

Esquires two of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace
in and for the said County of Middlesex
bearing date the
29th. day of October 1798 Ester Fenn< no role >
the Widow
of Robert Fenn< no role >
and her Male

were removed and conveyed from and out of the Parish of
Harefield
in the said County to the said Parish of Saint Mary le bone
as the place of
their last legal settlement whereby the Petitioners conceived themselves
aggrieved: which said Appeal stood duly adjourned until this Session
NOW upon hearing the said Appeal, and what hath been alledged by the respective
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parishes their Counsel and Witnesses
in and concerning the Premises IT IS ORDERED that the said Appeal be and the
same is hereby dismissed,and that the said Order of the said two Justices be and same is
hereby confirmed; And IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Mary lebone
do maintain
and provide for the said Esther Fenn< no role >
and her said Male Child
until they can free themselves from the Charge thereof by due course of Law.
