We will just again remarkas toon our fast objection
that we conceive the Tenemt. or Lodging shod. be of the
Value of £10 Pr. Annm., independant of the Furniture
& that whose it is otherwise the Session ought to
apportion the Rent, according to the Evidence, between
the Room & the Goods.

To prove. this Case according to the facts above

Since lisiting the above the Pauper has informed Us that he
cohabited with the Woman who kept the House in
Pearl Row where he loosed, that these was no
agreemt.withbetween them as to the Room in
Questionthat he did not conceive himself Master
of any one Apartment in the house but that he
Promised to pay her 18d. Pr. Week for his Bid
but whether he kept in the Parlom or the
Garrett made no difference to him noe was
the 18d. a Week paid above once or twice
