William Morris< no role >
for a Riot and
Assault

William Morris< no role > of Tottenham Court Road in the County of
Middlesex Callico Glazer the abovenamed Prosecutor maketh Oath
and saith that at the Present Session of the Peace now holden for
the County of Middlesex an Indictment was preferred and
found against the several abovenamed Defendants for
unlawfully Riotously and Routously assembling and gathering
themselves together to disturb the peace of our Lord the King and
for making an Assault upon this Deponent and Deponent
saith that neither of the said Defendants have Appeared or
Pleaded to the said Indictment nor have they or either of
them been Apprehended for the Offence charged in the said
Indictment nor are they or either of them under any
Recognizance to answer for the same And Deponent saith
he is Apprehensive and doth verily beleive that the said
Defendants will put in insufficient Bail to the said
Indictment unless this Honourable Court shall be pleased
