a Prisoner
in his Majesty's
Prison of the King's Bench one of the Defendants
above named maketh Oath and Saith that before the
Time of the finding of the Indictment against his
in this Behalf he was a Prisoner in Newgate
and
ever since hath been and still is a Prisoner in his
Majesty's Prison commonly known by the Name of the
King's Bench Prison
and that on that Account he is
not able to attend at the present Session of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex
to take his Trial on the
said Indictment in Compliance with the recognizance
entered into for that Purpose on his Behalf without
being removed for that Purpose by Habeas Corpus
at a very considerable Expence and that he hath obtained
the Consent of his Bail in this Behalf to pray that
his Recognizance in this Behalf may be respited
a future Sessions.
