The Indictment was proferred in April Session last at
aforesaid but that he Understood the same to leave back
settled at the House of Mr. Coleman as with stated
And the other Deponent George Loafley for himself
saith that he was in Court any with the said
Defend ant Samuel Mills< no role > as he in the for going
part of the affidavit hath set forth and that
what he has stated as to the settlement of the
[..] prosecution is a Truth and factAnd
this Deponent Eastly saith that be was with the
said Elizabeth Taylor< no role > and Authony Taylor< no role > the [..]
in prosecuting this Indictment who both informed
this Deponent they were satisfyed but that he meaning
Anthony say for would not give a Release on this
Business for Reason as stated by the other Deponent
