Oath and say And first this Deponent Samuel Mills< no role >
for
assault on the above named prosecutrix as of April
Sessions last past And this Deponent further saith
that be in Company of the other Deponent George
Longley< no role >
went to the house of Mr. Coleman Victualler
of the Cravens Head Public House Drury Lane
in
the said County aforesaid where the Husband of the said
Prosecutrix was in the Company of the said Defendant
and he other Deponent and it was then and there
[..] Understood to these Deponent the said Bill of
Indictment was settled is a Friendly manner between
the parties aforesaid, And this Deponent lastly saith
that he requested a General Release as is as this Deponent
hathe been informed required by the Practice of this
Honorale Court but such satisfaction the said

Indicted to him in the Sum of about One pound

recovering such sum so mention as aforesaid And
this Deponent lastly saith that No proceedings hath
