The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the Parish
of Kensington in the said County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order of
Removal under the Hands & Seals of Sir W: Gibbons Bart
and P Henderson EsquiresTwo of His Majesty's
Justices of the Peace acting in and for the
said County Dated the 11th: day of Septemper
last. Ann Porter< no role > and her Child named
Sarah< no role > aged four Years were removed from
the Parish of Staines in the said County of
Middlesex to the said Parish of Kensington
as the place of the last legal Settlement of
her the said Ann Porter< no role > and her Child Sarah
Whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves
aggrieved and do appeal to your Worships
against such Order.

Wherefore your Petitioners humbly
pray Your Worships will be pleased
to appoint a day in this present
Session for the hearing & determining
the said Appeal and that all Panties
conceived may be Order'ed to attend
and
