At the General Quarter Session of the peace of our Lord the King
holden for the County of Middlesex at the Session House on
Clerkenwell Green in the said County on Tuesday the 17th. day
of April in the 38th. Year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord
George the third King of Great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the parish of Saint Clement Danes in the County of Middlesex
and Liberty of Westminster have notice of this Appeal and that they
and all persons concerned do attend this Court at the Session House
aforesaid on Thursday the 19th. day of this Instant April at nine o' Clock
in the forenoon of the same day to hear and abide the Judgment and
determination of the said Court touching the said Appeal.
