you pay one third thereof to the said Joseph Sownby who Informed me of the
said Offence and Prosecuted to Conviction the said Henry Cooper< no role > and the
Remaining two thirds unto the Receives of the Seven Public Offices appointed
under an Act Passes in the Thirty Second Year of his Present Majestys Reign
Intituted an Act for the More Effectual adminstration of the office
of a Justices of the Peace in such Parts of the County of Middlesex and Surry
as lie in and hear the Nichoholis and for the More Effectual Prevention
of Felonies and if Sufficient Distress cannot be found thereon to Levy the
said Sum of Two Hundred Pounds that you do Certify the same to me at
the Public Office aforesaid on Monday Next the Twenty fourth day of
September Instant Given Under My hand and Seal This Twenty
Second day of September in the year of our Lord One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Ninety Eight
