Assistance of some Ropes made from the Junk gave them to pick into
Oakum had effected their Escape over the wall of the Yard with
Iron Spikes on the Top 14 feet high and from thence proceeded
to the boundary wall where with the Assistance of some persons without
by throwing a Rope over affected their Escape over the Wall 21 feet high
leaving all their Cloths behind them except Two Shirts near feed on the
Shoulders. House of Correction Clerkenwell , On enquiring of the
Watchman who says thing was safe at 5 Clock in the Morning
when he left his Watch (to call the Servants of the Prison being the
usual Times which is corroborated by a Man who has the care
of a Man for Forgery who from the lightness of the Morning
at 4 o'Clock went out on the Belcony and looked into the Yards and
saw all safe, have every reason to suppose that it must have been
at the Time the Watchman left his Watch they affected their
Escape

Hunger has drove us to gain our Liberty at the visle our Lives God

will wish us the same
