County of Middlesex , at the Session-House for the said
County, (by adjournment) on Thursday
the Nineteenth Day of April
in the Thirty eight Year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the Third, King of Great
Britain, &c.

IT IS ORDERED, That the hearing and determining the matter of an Appeal between
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Wimbledon in the County
of Surrey Appellants and The Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Margaret in the City and Liberty of Westminster and County of
Middlesex Respondents touching the settlement of Lucy Cannon< no role > Singlewomen
and her Five Bastard Children namely John< no role > aged Six Years, Mary< no role > aged
Four Years, Elizabeth< no role > aged Two Years and Peter< no role > and Hannah< no role > , Twins, aged
Twelve Weeks; Do at the request of the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the said Parish of Wimbledon stand adjourned
until the next GeneralSession of the Peace to be holden for this County;
and on notice hereof in the meantime to be given unto the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Margaret Westminster
they and all Persons concerned do attend the Court at the Session House aforesaid, on
Thursday the Twenty Fourth day of May next, at the Hour of Nine in the
Forenoon of the same Day to hear and abide the judgment and determination of the said
Court touching the said Appeal.
