of EALING , in the County of MIDDLESEX , and to the
CHURCHWARDENS and OVERSEERS of the POOR of the Parish
of All Saints Evesham in the County of
Worcester and to each and every of them.

WHEREAS the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Ealing , have made Complaint unto us whose Names are
hereunto set and Seals affixed, Two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in
and for the said County of Middlesex , one of us being of the Quorum, that
Sarah Crow< no role > , the Wife of Joseph Crow< no role > hath

inhabited in the said Parish of Ealing , not having gained a legal Settlement
therein; and that the said Sarah Crow< no role > is

become actually chargeable to the said Parish of Ealing . WE the said
Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon the Examination of the
said Sarah Crow< no role > upon Oath
as otherwise, and likewise upon due Consideration had of the Premises, do
adjudge the same to be true; and we do likewise adjudge that the lawful
Settlement of her the said Sarah Crow< no role >

is in the said Parish of all Saints Evesham in the said
County of Worcester WE do therefore
hereby require you the said Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish of Ealing , or some or one of you, to convey the said Sarah
Crow
< no role > and her illegitimate Female Child aged
Twelve Months and upwards which she is empowered
by Forse of the Statute in that case made and provided
to take with her for nurture,
from and out of your said Parish of Ealing , to the said Parish of
all Saints Evesham and them to deliver to the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with
this our Order, or a true Copy thereof: And we do also hereby require you
the said Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of
all Saint Evesham to receive and provide for them as Inhabitant of
your
Given under our Hands and Seals the 25th
Day of January in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven
Hundred and Ninety eight
