and Overseers of the Poor of The Hamlet of Ratcliff
in the
Parish of Saint Dunstan Stepney
in the said County of
Middlesex
Sheweth
That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the
Hands and Seals of

Esquires
Two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
in and for the County
of Middlesex
aforesaid (One whereof being of the Quorum) bearing
date the Tenth day of February Instant
Ann Ross< no role >
the Widow
of
John Ross< no role >
deceased and her Child
John< no role >
aged about Ten
years the lawful Issue by her said Husband were removed and
conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint Botolph without
Aldgate
in the said County to the said Hamlet of Ratcliff
as
the place of the last legal Settlement of the said
Ann Ross< no role >
and her
said Child Whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves
aggrieved
And therefore they Appeal to this Court
against the Adjudication of the said Two Justices
And the said Order And Pray That the Benefit
of their said Appeal may be saved unto them
And that the hearing and determining thereof
may be Adjorned until The Next General Quarter
Session of the Peace to be holden for the said County
And That Your Worships will be pleased to
Order That the Church Wardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Botolph without
Aldgate
and all Persons concerned do then attend
this Court to hear and abide the Judgement and
Determination thereof touching the said Appeal
And Your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
