Take Notice that I intend personally
to be and appear at the next general
Session of the peace to be holden at
the New Session house on Clerkenwell
green in and for the County of Middle
sex on Tuesday next being the thirteenth
day of this Instant February by eight
of the Clock in the forenoon of the same
day and then and there take my Trial
and Prosecute my traverse with effect
upon the Indictment you have prefer
against me for perjury dated this 7th
day of February 1798
