At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Lord the
King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex , at the
Session house for the said County on Monday the fourth day of.
December in the Thirty eighth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the third King of Great Britain Etc

Upon reading the affidavit of Jonathan Neal< no role > of the parish of
South Mimms in the County of Middlesex Victualler and Joseph Stannett< no role >
of Hadley in the said County Shoemaker It is ordered that notice
of Trial to be left at the last place of abode of the above named
prosecutor and also at the office of the Clerk of the peace for this.
County for the first day of the next Session be deemed good Service
(in case the prosecutor or his present abode cannot be found in the
mean time) and that the Recognizance for the Defendants appearance
do stand respited

House Clerkenwell Green in the County of Middlesex on Monday the
eighth day of January instant at Ten o'Clock in the forenoon of the
same day to try my traverse on the Indictment preferred by you against
me for an Assault Dated this 2nd. day of January 1798.
