To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of
the Peace acting in and for the County
of Middlesex

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Luke in
the said County

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order of Removal or Pass
Warrant under the hands and Seals of Nathaniel
Conant
< no role > and Philip Neve< no role > Esquires, two of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace in and for the said County bearing
date the Twenty fifth day of July now last past Sarah
Stewart
< no role > Singlewoman was removed and conveyed from
and out of the Parish of Saint Mary le bone in the
said County unto the said Parish of Saint Luke as the
Place of the last legal Settlement of the said Sarah
Stewart
< no role >

That in as much as your Petitioners conceive themselves
aggrieved by the said Order and the removal and
conveyance of the said Sarah Stewart< no role > in pursuance
thereof

Your Petitioners therefore most humbly pray
your Worships to grant them such relief
in the Premises as to your Worships
shall seem meet

And your Petitioners shall Etc
