At the GeneralSession of the
Peace of our Lord the King Holden in and
for the County of Middlesex at the Session
House for the said County on Monday the
eighteenth day of September in the
thirty seventh Year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the third King of
Great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwarden
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Leonard
Shoreidtch in the County have Notice of the within
Appeal and that they and all persons concerned
Do attend this Court on Thursday next at Nine
o'Clock in the forenoon to hear and abide the
Judgement and determination of the Court touching
the said Appeal
