WHEREAS the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Dunstan in the West
in the City of London
Have at this Present Session Exhibited
their petition and appeal setting forth That byVirtue of an order under the Hands
and Seals of N. Bond and Joseph Moser< no role >

two of this Majesty's Justices of the
peace
in and for the said County of Middlesex
bearing date the 30th June 1797

was removed and conveyed from the Parish of Saint Martin in the
Fields
within the Liberty of Westminster
in the said County of Middlesex
to the said
Parish of Saint dunstan in the West
as the Place of her last legal settlement
whereby the petitioners conceived themselves aggrieved
NOW, upon hearing the said Appeal,and what hath been alledged by the respective
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parishes, their Counsel and Witnesses in
and concerning the Premises, IT IS ORDERED, that the said Appeal be, and the same is
hereby allowed, and the said Order of the said two Justices is hereby vacated and set aside
and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Saint Dunstan in the West do forthwith convey and
deliver back the said Isabella Beailes< no role >
(together with a Copy of this Order) unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Saint Martin in the fields
who are hereby required to
receive and provide for the said Isabella Beailes< no role >
until they can free themselves from the Charge thereof by due course of Law.
