MIDDLESEX .


AT the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex , at
the Session-House for the said County, (by adjournment)
on Thursday the Twenty Seventh Day of April in
the Thirty seventhYear of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord GEORGE the Third, King of Great Britain, Etc. Before
William Mainwaring< no role > , William Bleamire< no role > , William
Marmaduke Sellon
< no role > , David Dean< no role >
Esquires , and others their Fellows, Justices of our said Lord the
King, assigned to keep the Peace in the County aforesaid; and
also to hear and determine divers Felonies, Trespasses, and other
Misdemeanours committed in the same County.

The Treasurer of the County of Middlesex having delivered to Us
William Marmaduke Sellon and David Dean< no role > Esquires two of His Majestys Justices of
the Peace for the County of Middlesex assembled at this present Session of the
Peace An Account in Writing of all Sums of Money by him received by
Virtue of and in pursuance of an Act of Parliament made and passed in the
Thirty seventh Year of the Reign of his present Majesty entitled "An Act for
"raising a certain Number of Men in the several Counties in England for the
"service of His Majestys Army and Navy." And it appearing by such Account
that the Sum of Five Thousand and Seventy Pounds Fourteen Shillings & 4d
remains unaccounted for by the said Treasurer: We do hereby Order and
Direct Joseph Burchell< no role > Esquire Treasurer of the County of Middlesex within
Fourteen days after the date hereof to pay into the Hands of The Receiver
General of the said County or his Deputy the said Sum of Five Thousand and Seven
Pounds Fourteen Shillings and Four pence being the Balance due from such Treasurer
as aforesaid. Given under our Hands and Seals thes Twenty Seventh day of April 1797
