AT the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex , at
the Session-House for the said County, (by adjournment)
on Tuesdaythe Twenty FifthDay of Aprilin
the Thirty seventhYear of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord GEORGE the Third, King of Great Britain, Etc. Before
William Mainswaring< no role > , William Bleamire< no role > , Rupert Clarke< no role >
David Dean< no role >
Esquires , and others their Fellows, Justices of our said Lord the
King, assigned to keep the Peace in the county aforesaid; and
also to hear and determine divers Felonies, Trespasses, and other
Misdemeanours committed in the same County.

We William Marmaduke Sellon< no role > and David Dean< no role > Esqrs . two of His Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex assembled at this present
Session of the Peace Do require you to deliver in an Account in Writing
signed by you of all Sums of Money by you Received by Virtue of an Act
Parliament made and passed in the Thirty seventh Year of the Reign of his
Present Majesty intitled" An Act for raising a certain Number of Men in the
"Several Counties in England for the Service of His Majestys Army and Navy."
and on what Account; under the Heads and according to the form in the Schedule
to the said Act annexed. Given under our Hands this 25thday of
April 1797.
