To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the peace for the County of
Middlesex in their present General Quarter Session of the Peace
Assembled.

The Humble Petition of the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn above the bars
in the said County

Sheweth

That by and order or pass Warrant under the Hands and Seals of
John Reeves< no role > and Samuel Edwards< no role > Esquires two of his Majestys Justices of
the Peace in and for the County of Middlesex one whereof is of the Quorum
bearing date the ninth day of March last Judith Brady< no role > Wife of
Patrick Brady< no role > and her Son Dennis< no role > were removed and conveyed from
and out of the Liberty of the Rolls in the County of Middlesex to the said
Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn as the place of their last legal Settlement

Your Petitioners conceiving themselves aggrieved by the
said Order of the said two Justices appeal to your Worships
therefrom and humbly pray that you will be pleased to
hear them in the premises and order that the Overseers of
the Poor of the said Liberty of the Rolls may appear before
you on a certain day to be appointed to hear and abide
the Judgment and determination of your Worships touching
the said Appeal
