of the Peace for the County of Middlesex at
the General Quarter Sessions of the Peace of
our Lord the King holden for the said County

The Humble Petition and Appeal of
Thomas Shaw< no role > of No. 104 Hare Street
Bethnal Green in the said County
Weaver

Sheweth

That your Petitioner was on the Twenty
third day of March last Convicted before Daniel
Williams
< no role > Esquire Rice Davies< no role > Esquire and the Reverend
Henry Reynett< no role > D. D. three of his Majestys Justices
of the Peace for the said County for having in his
Dwelling hour situate at No. 104 Hare Street aforesaid
a Quantity of Unwrought Silk Suspected to have been
purloined and embezzled not having given any Account
how your Petitioner came by the same

That your Petitioner Conceives himself
aggrieved by the said Conviction

Your Petitioner therefore Appeals
from the said Conviction and
humbly prays that your Worship
will be pleased to Appoint a
day in this present Sessions to
hear and determine the said Appeal
