of them is offending therein shall for each such offence
forfeit each the Sum of Five Pounds; and in default of
Payment the person so offending to he committed to the
Common Gaol of the said City of Westminster or County
of Middlesex there to remain for any time not Exceeding
three months norless than one Month without
Bail on Main Prize And it Naving been stated
to this Court that great abuses have aresen in the
quartering or belletting the Soldiers in Pursuance of the
said Act It is Ordered by this Court That Petty Constables
Head boroughs and Tythingmen acting for such parts Etc.
this County adjacent to but not included in the City
and Liberties of Westminster where any Officer on
Soldier of the Fort Guards are quartered shall at
every General Quarter Session of the Peace to he holden
for this County make and deliver to the Justices then
in open Sessions assembled upon oath true Lists
signed by them respectively of all such Houses
together with the number of persons respectively
inhabiting the same within his or their Parish, Ward
Hamlet or District respectively as one subject or
liable by this Act to receive such officers and soldiers
together with the names and number of all such
Officers and soldiers as are quartered and billetted
in each House respectively And it is further Ordered
that the High Constable , constable, Beadle or other
officer who shall quarter or billet any soldiers in
Pursuance of this Act do give an Account in Writing
into the said Justices or Justices at everly Quarter
Sessions of the Peace to be holden for this County of
the Names and number of Officers and Soldiers
who shall be quartered or billetted by them and
also the names of the House keepers or persons
