Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for this County Do hereby Certify
That Henry Abraham Warr< no role > hath Voluntarily entered himself into
the service of his Majestys Army for the Parish of Hampstead in the
Said County and that his Description is as under Written.

And We Do further Certify That the Sum of Twenty One Pounds hath
been agreed to be Paid as a Bounty to the said Henry Abraham Warr< no role >
on his entering into such Service And We do hereby direct that the Sum
of Seven Pounds Part thereof shall be Paid to him the said Henry Abraham
Warr
< no role > at the time of Inrollment And We do likewise direct and
Order that the further Sum of One Guinea out of such Bounty shall be
paid to the Officer appointed to receive and who shall receive the said Henry
Abraham Warr

< no role > And We do further Certify that We have Ordered the
Overseers the Poor of the said Parish of Hampstead to pay into the hands
of Mr. Joseph Burell< no role > the Treasurer of the said County of Middlesex
within the Space of fourteen days from the date hereof the Sum of Twelve
Pounds and Nineteen Shillings being the residue of the said Bounty, to be
applied as the Act such Case Directs. Given under our Hands and Seals
the third day of January in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred
and Ninety Seven
