The humble Petition and appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Botolph
Aldgate , in the County of Middlesex .

Sheweth

That by virtue of a Warrant or Order under the Hands
and Seals of R. Davis and Danl. Williams< no role > , Esquires ,
Two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace acting in and
for the said County,one being of the Quorum, bearing Date
the Fourteenth Day of December One Thousand Seven
Hundred and Ninety Six, Christopher Burn< no role > and John
Burn< no role > ,both Aged about Three Years,were removed from
the Parish of Saint John of Wapping , in the County of
Middlesex , to the said Parish of Saint Botolph Aldgate
as the place of their last Legal Settlement

Your Petitioners concerning themselves
aggrieved by the said Warrant or Order
do humbly Appeal against the same.
