MIDDLESEX .


AT the GeneralSession of the Peace
of our Lord the King, holden in and for the
County of Middlesex , at the Session-House for the said
County,(,) on Thursday
the Twenty ninth Day of November
in the Thirty seventh Year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the Third, King of our
Britain, Etc, Before William Mainwaring< no role > Rupert
Clarke
< no role > , William Marmaduke Sellon< no role > , Charles Newton< no role >
Esquires , and others their Fellows, Justices of our said
Lord the King, assigned to keep the Peace in the County
aforesaid; and also to bear and determine divers
Felonies, Trespasses, and other Misdemeanours com-
mitted in the same County.

WHEREAS the Churchwarens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Bucklebury in
the County of Berks did at the general Session of the peace held in and for this County in the Month of September last
Exhibit their petitions and Appeal setting forth That by virtue of an order or Pass Warrant under the Hands and Seal of
N. Conant and P. Neve two of His Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for the County of Middlesex (one whereof being
of the quorum bearing date he 29th. date of June 1796. Richard Turner< no role > together with his Wife Sarah< no role > and their Seven
Children Videlicet Francis< no role > aged about fourteen years mary< no role > aged about Thirteen Years William< no role > aged about Ten
years, Jane< no role > aged about Eight Years, Richard< no role > aged about four Years, daniel< no role > aged about Two years and
James< no role > aged about Six Months were removed and conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint Luke
Chelsea in the County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Buklebury as the place of their County legal
Settlement Whereby the Petitioners convered themselves aggreived which said appeal stood duly
adjourned until this Session

NOW, upon hearing the said Appeal, and what hath been alledged by the respective
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parishes, their Counsel and Wimesses in
and concerning the Premises, IT IS ORDERED, that the said Appeal be, and the same in
hereby allowed, and the said Order of the said two Justices is here by vacated and for [..]
and IT FURTHER ORDERED that the Churchwarens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Bucklebury do forth with convey and
deliver back the said Richard Turner< no role > , Sarah his Wise and their said seven Children
(together with a Copy of this Order) unto the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Saint Luke Chelsea who are hereby required to
receive and provide for the said Richard Turner< no role > , Sarah< no role > his Wife and their Seven Children
Until they can free themselves from the Charge thereof by due course of the Poor of the said
FURTHER ORDERED, that the Churchwadens Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Luke Chelsea do forthwith pay or cause on
be pain unto the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Bucklebury
the Sum of Twenty Pounds and Eighteen Shillings
for their Charges and Expences in relieving and maintaining the said Richard Tursen, [..]
his Wife and their said Seven Children since their Removal
