To the Worshipful His Majesty's Justices of the peace for the
County of Middlesex in their General Quarter Session of the
Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of St. Botolph without Aldgate in the County of
Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Warrant or Order under the
Hands and Seals of Patrick Colquhoun< no role > Esqr. and Daniel
William
< no role > Esqr. two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex bearing date the Eighth Day
of August last Ann Fleming< no role > Singlewoman was
removed from the Parish of Christ Church in the
County of Middlesex to the Said parish of St. Botolph
withour aldgate as the Place of her last legal
Settlement

That your Petitioners conceiving themselves
aggrieved by the Said Warrant or order Do
humbly Appeal against the Same and pray that
your Worships will be pleased to appoint
a Day in this present Sessions that all Parties
Concerned may attend to hear and abide the
Judgrment and Determination of this Court
Touching the Said Appeal

And your Petitioners Shall ever pray Etc
