Middlesex in General Quarter Session of the Peace assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Martin
in the Fields within the liberty of Westminster in the County
of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by virtue of an order or Pass Warrant under the Hands
and Seals of Thomas Collins< no role > and William Bleamire< no role > , Esquires , Two of
His Majesy's Justices of the Peace acting in and for the County of Middlesex
(One whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the first day of September
1796 Sarah Evans< no role > , Singlewoman was removed and Conveyed from and out
of the Liberty of Saffron Hill Hatton Garden and Ely Rents in the Parish
of Saint Andrew Holborn in the County of Middlesex to the said Parish
of Saint Martin in the Fields as the Place of her last legal Settlement
whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves to be Aggreived.

Your Petitioners therefore humbly appeal to this County
against the adjudication of the said Two Justices and
their said Order and pray that your Worships will bepleased
to Appoint a Day to hear and determine the said Appeal.
