Deponent to give Notice of Trial, which leaingtoo
late to be done (according to the Rules of this honorable
Court) he this Deponent is under the Necessity of
applying for the said Defendants Recognizance
being respited until the next Session he this
Deponent undertaking peremptorily to Proceed
to Tryal at such Sessions.
