Thomas Carpenter< no role > of High Street in the Parish of
Saint Marylebone in the County of Middlesex Messenger
to the Directors and Guardians of the Poor of the said
Parish Maketh Oath and saith that Eliza Evans< no role > , who
by her Examination in writing upon Oath before
George Mercer< no role > Esquire declared herself to be with
Child which was likely to be born a Bastard and
that John Adamson< no role > was the Father of the said Child,
is not yet delivered of the Same And this Deponent
further saith that he did on the twenty fifth day
of October instant Serve Benjamin Carpenter< no role > and
William Day< no role > the Bail for the Appearance of the
said John Adamson< no role > tow answer to the Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish touching the Premises with the
Notice hereto annexed by delivering to and leaving
with each of them the said Benjamin Carpenter< no role >
and William Day< no role > a true Copy of the said Notice
