Session House, Clerkenwell Green ,

You were bound to appear and Prosecute Benjamin Worth< no role >
at February
Session last at the Session-House for the said County, who not ap-
pearing, your Recognizance is become forfeited; and will be estreated
into the Court of Exchequer , from whence Execution will proceed
for levying 40 Pounds on yor Goods and Chattels unless
you stay Proceedings, by an Application for a Respite of the Recog-
nizance at the next Session, which will be held at the Session-House
aforesaid, on MONDAY, the Twenty-fourth Day of October Instant.

Be there between the Hours of Ten and
Three, and bring this Letter with you,
or apply at my Office in the mean time.}
