The Humble Petition and Appeal of William
Whittington

Inhabitants of his Majestys Royal Palace or
Fortress of Tower of London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Warrant or Order of Removal under
the hands and Seals of Thomas Barnard< no role > Esqr and Henry
Reynett
< no role > D. D. Two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace
Acting in and for the said County of Middlesex (one
being of the Quorum) bearing date the 20th day of April
now last past Mary Ann Warner< no role > Widow of George
Warner
< no role > deceased was Removed from the Hamlett of
Mile End Old Town in the Parish of Saint Dunstan
Stepney in the County of Middlesex and delivered to
your petitioners as Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint Peter ad Vincula in the Liberty of the Tower
of London that being the Place of her Settlement

That your petitioners Conceive themselves aggrieved
by the said Warrant or Order and Humbly Apppeal
against the same

Your petitioners therefore humbly
pray that your Worships will be pleased
to Appoint a day that all parties
may attend to hear and abide the
Judjment & Determination of this Court
touching the said Appeal

And your petitioners shall
ever pray Etc
