To the utmost annual Value of the said Premises notwithstanding which he was Assess [..]

for a field rented of Mrs. Bowes in Manor Street Chelsea of the annual Value of Twenty five Pounds four Shillings

and prayed that the said Rate might be Quashed: which said appeal stood duly adjourned until this
Session Now upon hearing the said Appeal and what hath been alledged by the respective parties their
Counsel and Witnesses in and concerning the Premises It is Ordered that the said appeal be
and the same is hereby dismissed.
