Proposals they declared they could
Not to make the Work good &
Substantial

Resolved That Mr Wood (having
delivered in the lowest Proposal) be
contracted with for the building ye
said Bridge, for the Sum thereon
mentioned he agreeing to finish
the Work on or before the 5th Day of
October next the Contract to be
prefered forthwith
