To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for
the County of Middlesex in their General Quarter Session
of the Peace assembled.

The Humble Petition and
Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Pangborne in the County of Berks

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a pass Warrant or
Order under the hands and seals of John Spillire< no role >
and George Reid< no role > Esqrs. two of his Majesty's
Justices of the peace in and for the said County
of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing date the twenty sixth day of February
now last past Mary Liewood< no role > otherwise Livard< no role >
and her four Children one named Richard< no role >
aged seven years another named John< no role > aged five
years another named Thomas< no role > aged three years
and another named William< no role > aged one year
were removed and conveyed from and out of the
Township of New Brentford in the said County
of Middlesex to the Parish of Pangborne in the
said County of Berks as the place of their
last legal Settlement whereby your Petitioner
conceive themselves aggreived and do hereby humbly
Appeal against the same Order
