in the parish of Saint Mary Above in the County of Middlesex
Gentleman Maketh oath and saith that [..] six
several Actions having been commenced and prosecutig
against the above named Defendants at the several Shirts
of the severally above named Plaintiff as Inhabitants
of the hundred of Ossaulston in the County of Middlesex
to recover for their several Damages done by Riotus he
this Deponent proceeded in the necessary Defence of the
said Actions And this Deponent further saith that the
six several Bills of Corts hereunto annexed contain
the asurecustomary and necessary Charges and
Disbursements of the refinding the said Several Actions
And this Deponent further saith that he said several
Bills of Costs have been suspectively taxed and as certained
at the several sums mentioned and subscibed at the
bottom of each of the said Bills And this Deponent lastly
