To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex in General Session assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Anne within the Liberty of
Westminster in the said County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by virtue of an Order under the hands
and Seals of Nathaniel Conant< no role > and Phillip Neve< no role >
Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the said County (one whereof being of the
Quorum) bearing date the eighth Day of April last
Maria Crouch< no role > Singlewoman was removed and
Conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint
Giles in the Fields in the said County, to the said
Parish of Saint Anne as the place of her last
legal Settlement whereby your Petitioners conceive
themselves aggrieved

They therefore humbly Appeal to this
Court against the Adjudication and Order of the
said two Justices, and pray that your Worships
will appoint a day in this present Session for the
hearing and determining thereof, and that all
Persons concerned may have Notice to attend the
same

And your Petitioners will ever pray
