Militia Subdivision Meeting

It Appearing to this Court that
Payments made for the relief of the families
of Militia Men, Subsequent to the Death
Desertion or Discharge of the Principals or Substituted
have been reimbursed by the Treasurer of this County,
thro ignorance, having no means of Information
until after the Respective Parishes an called.
Upon to reimburse him, Sums Paid on Account
of the families of Substitutes, The Court having
duly considered such matters, do hereby authorize
and require the Treasurer to solicit Certificates
of such Facts from the Clerk of the Subdivision
Meeting with all convenient dispatch at the
expence of the County.
