The following Petition from Mr Robt Mc Intosh< no role >
theSlaterContractor for the Slaters work attothe New House of Corrections
for this Countyin Cold Bath Fields being laid before
the Court Vizt

And the several Circumstances therein
enumerated having been fully considered
by the Court and Mr Rogers the Co. Surveyor being
examd. [..] thereupon

It wasordered that Mr Mc. Intosh
shouldbe allowed the Sum of £46:15:
as prayed by him & that the Clerk of
the peace shoulddo issue the usual Order
upon the Treasurer of the County
for Payment thereof accordingly

By adjt same day.

The Revd. Dr Gabriel one of the Majesty of this County Stated to the Court that he
had since the last Session viewed the
Bridge at Hanworth & that it appeared
to himto be out ofthat same Repairs were necessary
for the pay even thereof on [..] the Security of the Public &
