Parish

For that your Petitioners John Brettell< no role > , George
Bowsteads
< no role > and John Jaques< no role > and also Edward Gray< no role > , John
Willan
< no role > , Philip Booth< no role > , and Benjamin Young< no role > Parishioners
of the said Parish are rated upon a much higher Sum
than they pay to there respective Landlows

For that all and every the Inhabitants Owners and
Occupiers of houses Lands or Tenements in the said Parish
who ought to be rated and assessed to the said rate
are not therein rated and assessed

And for that the said Rate or Assessment is in
other respects unequal Partial and illegal

Your Petitioners thereof humbly
appeal to the Court against the said rate
and that Your Worships will be pleased
to appoint a day for hearing and determining
the said Appeal
